Return to adjust pressures and setting according to manufacturer standards: - system is on and running at arrival - The system is satisfied at the thermostat and set temperatures - Connect gauge is to outdoor condenser and lower setting on thermostat for system to turn on - Indoor air filter is clean and clear - System has been charged accordingly to the line set length - Both condenser and indoor air handler are on and running - Check super heat and sub cooling- the super heat is not at manufacturers standards - The manufacturer has recommended to adjust the TXV with 1/2 turns, turn the system off and wait 15 minutes- and then turned back on and recheck - Had to repeat this process, almost a dozen times to get the correct readings - Confirm airflow and temperature splits inside- okay - Evaporator coil is cold and producing condensate - Tested the condensate pump and discharge line to confirm normal operations - Take all readings and note for manufacturer - Close up access point in

Today I arrived on site to address the wine cellar's cooling issue. Issue Identification: The wine cellar for the winery room was not cooling effectively. Problem Diagnosis: I discovered the wine cellar was frozen. Resolution: The dehumidifier breaker had tripped. Upon arriving at the property. I contacted Johanna to get access to the property. Johanna was not available to get to the property. They sent George to dismantle the panel to have access to the indoor unit in the winery room. I proceeded to verify the system. I found the TXV frozen. Contact tech support to diagnose this system. System operate in R133A. Tech support it occurred to me that it will turn off the system for 24 hours until the system is thawed. I explained to the owner about the situation. The owner also mentioned that the humidifier was not working in the basement. I proceeded to check the humidifier. I found the circuit breaker tripped. I put the breaker in on poison. The dehumidifier began to operate. I monitor

I/W Follow up is needed. Need to reclaim x2 system refrigerant charge. 1st floor and Basement system is operating with high head pressures ( basement system-short cycle occasionally) 1st floor system was found in a lockout History of system operation: Today I arrived on site to address issues with the basement and main floor AC systems. AC System Inspection: Found both AC systems displaying an error. Corrective Actions: Reset systems. Adjusted pressures. Upon arriving at the property, the customer mentioned that two of the systems are not operating properly. The customer said that the outdoor units turn on and off consecutively(Basement). I proceeded to check the condenser units of the 1st floor and the basement. I found both units displaying an error code related to head pressure too high. The pressures of the systems were a little high. Normalize the pressures for the moment. I ran the systems and monitoring for about 20-30 minutes. The systems did not fail at the time of monitoring

Upon arrival spoke with customer who’s informing me that leak was coming from around daughter’s bedroom return grill. Inspected air handler in attic kneewall. A lot of air leakage is coming from supply plenum. Sealed supply plenum with aluminum tape. Try to locate return flex in question. Was unable to do so due to attic limitations and supply and return flex being tied into ERV. Condensate drain was flush and tested. Condensate pump discharge normally. Customer is aware that attic flooring is not insulated and issue seem to be related to condensation around return grill. Customer will monitor conditions of return grill. Insulation department may need to be involved. System is operating normally @ this time no signs of leak was visible @ return grill or on ceiling below air conditioning unit. Air filter is not dirty and in good condition also coils are not dirty to cause a high pressure issue. After resetting system was on and running checked pressures and all operations system is currently operating with out any faults. Customer had a coupon for a free service call. Customer will monitor system and call back if any issues. https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=ms091f0d6d-575d-i184-85e44cd1946e-uF83-61b55d9b47af
